Unsuccessful Applicants. Upon written request from an unsuccessful employee applicant, the District will inform the employee why he/she did not receive the transfer.

At the employee's written request, he/she will be entitled to attend a meeting with management to discuss the reasons for non-selection. At the employee's option, he/she may be accompanied by a local designated union official. If the employee is not satisfied with the reason(s) for non-selection, he/she may file a grievance at the next higher level of the grievance procedure. Provided, however, that there shall be at least one formal grievance hearing held at a campus level. Late notice shall not preclude the filing of a grievance for non-selection.

  • Expedited Appeal An Appeal of a review of continued or extended health care services, additional services rendered in the course of continued treatment, home health care services following discharge from an inpatient Hospital admission, services in which a Provider requests an immediate review, or any other urgent matter will be handled on an expedited basis. An expedited Appeal is not available for retrospective reviews. For an expedited Appeal, Your Provider will have reasonable access to the clinical peer reviewer assigned to the Appeal within one (1) business day of receipt of the request for an Appeal.   • Complaints and Dispute Resolution 16.1 Where a dispute arises in connection with any aspect of this Agreement, the parties acting with good faith, will use all reasonable endeavours to bring any such issue to the attention of the other party in a timely fashion and in any event within 60 days of any such dispute coming to their attention.
