District Policies. The District agrees that for the duration of the contract, it will not unilaterally modify present District policy provisions that are within the scope of representation as provided in Government Code Section 3543.2, Section 2.4 notwithstanding.
District Policies. Contractor shall comply with all policies, regulations and rules of the District, including, but not limited to, those related to employee conduct (such as prohibitions against alcohol, weapons, drugs, fraternization, harassment, and tobacco on school property), campus access policies and designated parking policies.
District Policies. Individual Judicial Districts, who do not have a current reassignment policy, shall develop a policy for the reassignment of Official Court Reporters in accordance with this Article. Such policies may include, but not be limited to, notice requirement for Official Court Reporters to be informed of reassignment(s) and mileage limitations. The District Labor- Management Committee is the appropriate venue for such policy discussions with Official Court Reporters.
District Policies. The parties recognize that the District may from time to time adopt policies, procedures, rules and regulations (collectively “District Policies”) affecting the conduct of persons present on School campuses. To the extent that violation of those District Policies constitutes a violation of law, including breach of the peace, or a threat to public health or safety, District Policies will be enforced by the ACSO and the SRO. To the extent that violation of District Policies does not constitute a violation of the law, the District acknowledges that the ACSO and SRO are not required to take law enforcement action and enforcement thereof will be left to the District. The SRO shall use reasonable efforts to inform the School principal or designee of violations of District Policies of which the SRO has personal knowledge.
District Policies. Xxxxxx agrees that the school property will be used in accordance with Seaside School District rules and School Board policies. Note that smoking, or the use of any drug, alcohol, or tobacco products, is prohibited on all District property, including buildings and outdoor areas.
District Policies. The student’s use of the iPad must comply with all requirements of all District policies and procedures including, but not limited to, the Acceptable Use of Technology policy, other technology policies and procedures, and the student discipline code, regardless of where or when the student’s use occurs. This means that any use by a student of an iPad will be subject to discipline as if the activities had occurred during school hours on school grounds, regardless of whether the conduct occurs off-campus and/or on the student’s free time. The District reserves its right to block application functionality, implement security measures, change device settings, or take any other administrative or security steps, as deemed necessary in the District’s sole discretion. Any attempt to modify the iPad or its equipment including, but not limited to, changing Internet access settings will be construed as a violation of the District’s Acceptable Use of Technology policy.
District Policies. This Agreement shall modify, replace, or add to any policies, rules, regulations, procedures or practices of the District, which shall be contrary to or inconsistent with its terms. The provisions of this Agreement shall be incorporated into and become a part of the rules and regulations, practices and procedures, which are consistent with this Agreement.
District Policies. The District’s official policies, rules, regulations and handbooks are available through the District website. The Union shall be notified of any and all subsequent additions, deletions and amendments at such time as they become available. The Union is free to print one copy of the change at no cost.
District Policies. The Association shall be provided with three (3) copies of the current District Board Policy Manual. New or revised policies will be submitted to the Association within ten (10) school days of adoption.

Any attempt to modify (i.e., “Jailbreak”) the device/equipment, including but not limited to changing internet access settings, will be considered a violation of District policy.
