Phone Banking. (a) It allows the Client to perform Banking Transactions and to get customized information about the Accounts activated for this component by calling the Contact Centre BCR, non-stop.

Phone Banking. If we approve the Phone Banking access for your accounts, a separate PIN (Personal Identification Number) will be assigned to you. You must use your PIN (Personal Identification Number) along with your account number to access your accounts. At the present time you may use Phone Banking to:  Obtain balance information for your accounts.  Make loan payments from your share and share draft accounts.  Access your Line of Credit account.  Determine if a particular item has cleared.  Obtain tax information on amounts earned on share and share draft accounts or interest paid on loan accounts.  Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Phone Banking via a touch tone telephone only. Phone Banking service will be available for your convenience twenty-four (24) hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing.  There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day.  The maximum withdrawal or transfer amount is $100,000.00 per transaction, and no transfer or withdrawal may exceed the available funds in your account.  See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions. The Credit Union reserves the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. The Credit Union may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. The Credit Union may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction, and there may be limits on the duration of each telephone call.

Phone Banking. 28.1. The Bank shall provide the Cardmember (may also to Supplementary Cardmember) with all the facilities, which are or may from time to time become part of the Phone Banking Service in respect of Card Accounts .The Cardmember accepts that at his or her request the Bank has agreed to provide the facility of availing the Phone Banking Service by giving instructions through telephone (which will be accepted by the Cardmember or his/her representatives either manually or by an automated system depending on its availability) apart from any written standing instructions or that may be given to the Bank by the Cardmember and At the request of the Cardmember the Bank may issue an ID or T PIN to the Cardmember for utilizing the Phone Banking Service. The Cardmember agree that the security of the T PIN and ID is the complete responsibility of the Cardmember.
Phone Banking. On the borrower's request, the bank has agreed to provide the borrower the facility of carrying out certain permitted transactions as communicated by the bank to the borrower from time to time, relating to the loan availed, by giving telephonic instruction which may be accepted either manually or by an automated system (“CitiPhone Banking Facility”) apart from any written standing instructions given by the borrower. The borrower further understands and accepts these Terms and Conditions are in addition to any and all such specific Terms and Conditions as may be applicable to the CitiPhone banking facility (including applicable payment methods/charges). The borrower understands and agrees that the availment of such facility will be deemed acceptance of the said Terms and Conditions and the borrower agrees to be unconditionally bound by the same. The borrower is aware that in connection with the CitiPhone Banking Facility, the bank shall ask for details of the borrower as the case may be, for verification of the borrower's identity, after which the borrower is entitled to information pertaining to the Loan. The borrower understands and accepts the telephonic instructions given through the CitiPhone Banking Facility may also include instructions to change the borrower's demographic details such as residence and or email address, residence and or office telephone number, mobile phone number, email address or any other personal details of the borrower as decided by the Bank from time to time. The borrower understands and acknowledges that the borrower will be able to perform transactions through any channel other then CitiPhone Banking Facility and/or Citibank Online Internet Banking Facility. The borrower hereby confirms that the borrower is fully conversant with the procedures, as explained to the borrower, which are required to be complied with and further confirms that the borrower shall comply with the same. The bank will exercise due diligence in verifying the details of the borrower over the phone, but the borrower understands that the borrower shall be solely responsible and liable for any and all losses that may suffered/incurred by the borrower as a consequence of his personal details being known and hence misused by any other person.

(Loan advance withdrawals will be subject to the loan agreements governing those accounts). • Verify if a particular check has cleared your Checking Account(s). • Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. • Give you tax information on dividends earned or interest paid on your accounts. Online Banking. If we approve your application for Online Banking, you may use a personal computer to access your accounts. For Online Banking, you will need a personal computer with access to the Internet (World Wide Web). A valid email address is required to be set up for Online Banking.The online address for Online Banking is XXXxxxxx.xxx.Xxx may select a username and xxxxxxxx.Xxx must use your username and password to access your xxxxxxxx.Xxx are responsible for the installation, maintenance and operation of your computer and software. The Credit Union will not be responsible for any errors or failures involving any telephone service, Internet service provider, your software installation or your computer. At the present time, you may use Online Banking service to: • Transfer funds between your Checking, Regular Share Account, Instant Access and Loan accounts. • Transfer funds to accounts of other members you authorize for any of your accounts. • Schedule recurring transfers from your checking or savings account to another WV United FCU checking, savings, auto loan, home equity loan or line of credit, personal loan or recreational vehicle loan account. • Obtain account information related to any savings or loan account regarding current balance, checking history, dividends and rates, loan interest, payroll and automatic deductions. • Make payments to merchants (payees), review bill payment history and change or cancel scheduled bill payments. • Make loan payments from any savings or chec...
