Your Application may use information obtained through SiriKit only on supported Apple products and may not export, remotely access or transfer such information off a device except to the extent necessary to provide or improve relevant responses to a user or carry out a user’s request or in connection with Your Application. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in Section 3.3.9, You and Your Application may not use SiriKit, or any information obtained through SiriKit, for any purpose other than providing relevant responses to a user or otherwise carrying out a user’s request or intent in connection with an SiriKit domain, intent, or action supported by Your Application and/or for improving Your Application’s responsiveness to user requests (e.g., not for serving advertising).
Your Application. 31.1 Provided that your application is approved by us, your ISA will open upon receipt by us of a duly completed application together with payment of your initial subscription.
31.2 Subject to the ISA Regulations, we may open an ISA provisionally where the information you have supplied is insufficient. Where we open an ISA provisionally you shall supply us with the missing information within 30 days, otherwise the Account will be voided in accordance with HMRC’s requirements with the relevant assets held in your name outside the Account.
Your Application may include a direct link to a page on Your web site where You include the ability for an end-user to make a charitable contribution, provided that You comply with any applicable laws (which may include providing a receipt), and fulfill any applicable regulation or registration requirements, in the country, territory, or region where You enable the charitable contribution to be made. Your Application. As the case may be, if necessary, we may assign a unique email address to your account for the sole purpose of enabling MediLiVes to receive directly from ANY EMBASSY, HIGH COMMISSION OR GOVERNMENT APPROVAL AGENCY the receipt number assigned to your application. You agree that MediLiVes may use your receipt number to check your application status from time to time so that we may provide you pertinent general information about the steps in the application process. If, at any time, you do not want MediLiVes to check your application status, let us know by contacting our customer Service.
Your Application. If there is any inconsistency between any part of the Agreement, they apply in descending order of priority above.
Your Application. This Agreement contains the terms and conditions under which we agree to provide the Services to you, and to open and maintain one or more Accounts in your name, to act as dealer and broker for you in (i) sale/purchase and/or other dealing(s) of Securities, including but not limited to Securities traded on the HKEx Main Board or the Growth Enterprise Market. All Transactions shall be subject to this Agreement. If we solicit the sale of or recommend any financial product to you, the financial product must be reasonably suitable for you having regard to your financial situation, investment experience and investment objectives. No other provision of this agreement or any other document we may ask you to sign and no statement we may ask you to make derogates from this clause.
Your Application. 2.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that all of the information that you provide to us in your application is true, accurate, and complete, and that you have not omitted any key information that might affect the outcome of your application (for example, relating to a relevant unspent criminal conviction). If we discover that your application contains incorrect or fraudulent information, or that it omits key information, we may withdraw or amend any Offer, or act in accordance with our Admissions Regulations and Procedures for Students and Registration Policy, including terminating your registration without compensating you and/or revoking any subsequent award.
Your Application. 2.1 When you make an Application, you are requesting us to supply the Service to you. We have the absolute discretion to determine your eligibility and shall have the right to reject your Application and/or refuse the provision of Service to you, at and material time, without liability, even if we do not provide you with reason and your registration and payment is successful. Our decision is conclusive and binding on you and you have no right to question our decision. We may ask you for Deposit we deem fit, and whether the Service will be available to you.
2.2 In addition to the foregoing paragraph, we may refuse your Application if:
a) you do not provide satisfactory proof of identification,
b) you do not meet the eligibility criteria for the Service,
c) the Service is not available at the location where you wish to acquire the Service,
d) you do not have an appropriate Credit Rating,
e) you fail to provide us with a Deposit we request from you, or
f) your current mobile service provider refuse or denies to release the mobile number based on your Mobile Network Portability (MNP) Service application and there was no further request from you for resubmission within seven (7) days of Service application.
g) any resubmission done within the period mentioned in 2.2 (f), will extend the validity of your Service application by additional seven (7) to a maximum of thirty (30) from first MNP rejection date by your current mobile service provider.
2.3 If you provide us with Personal Data of and other person in connection with the Service, you warrant that you have obtained the consent of such person to disclose the Personal Data to us and to process such Personal Data in accordance with the terms of our Privacy Statement. You further agree that you will inform such person of the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
Your Application. Please provide the following information to the panel to assess your suitability:
Your Application. The Application is for the establishment of your True Potential Pension and, as such, must satisfy the requirements set out. • We cannot open an account for you without an online application, subject to passing our identity verification checks; • Your application won’t proceed if your identity and address certifications are incomplete; • Investments within your True Potential Pension are held in the name of True Potential Nominee Limited, which is the nominee company we use in our capacity as Custodian but will always remain in your beneficial ownership and will not be lent to third parties or used as security for loans; • We rely on the information and declarations contained in your application in considering whether or not to hold your investments. If it comes to light that any of this information or these declarations are false or misleading in any material way, we reserve the right to amend or terminate your investments; • We reserve the right to request supplementary documents from you at any point during the term of your investments being held without giving any reasons; and • We reserve the right to reject all or any of your application for any reason, at our discretion.
