Payment History. All payments required to be made up to the related Cut-off Date for each Mortgage Loan under the terms of the Mortgage Note have been made and credited. No payment under any Mortgage Loan has been 30 days delinquent more than one time within twelve months prior to the related Closing Date;
Payment History. All payments due on or prior to the Cut-off Date for such Mortgage Loan have been made; as of the Closing Date, the Mortgage Loan is not delinquent in payment 30 days or more and has not been dishonored; there are no material defaults under the terms of the Mortgage Loan; the Seller has not advanced funds, or induced, solicited or knowingly received any advance of funds from a party other than the owner of the Mortgaged Property subject to the Mortgage, directly or indirectly, for the payment of any amount required by the Mortgage Loan; as to each first lien Mortgage Loan, there has been no more than one delinquency during the preceding twelve-month period, and such delinquency did not last more than 30 days;
