Standing Instructions hereinafter referred to as “(SI)” means written instructions given by the Borrower to RCFL to debit the account of the Borrower maintained in a bank acceptable/approved by RCFL for the amount of the Installment, more particularly set out in Schedule hereto.

Standing Instructions means your instruction to Macquarie to direct debit your nominated bank account for the relevant amount payable as a result of an Instalment Acceleration Event.
