Past Practices and Existing Memoranda of Understanding. Continuance of working conditions and practices not specifically authorized by ordinance or by resolution of the City Council, or by the Fire Department Rules and Regulations as they may be amended, is not guaranteed by the Memorandum of Understanding. This MOU shall supersede all prior or existing memoranda of understanding covering the Unit. All rights, privileges, and terms and conditions of employment in full force and effect through the duration of the previous MOU, and not in conflict herewith, shall become a part of this agreement and remain in effect until mutually modified by the parties hereto.
