City Recognition. The Municipal Employee Relations Officer of the City of Alameda or any person or organization duly authorized by the Municipal Employee Relations Officer, is the representative of City of Alameda, hereinafter referred to as the "City", in Employer- employee relations, as provided in Resolution No. 7476 adopted by the City Council on May 21, 1969.
City Recognition. The City Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the City Manager, is the representative of the City.
City Recognition. Subrecipient shall insure recognition of the role of PHB in providing services through the Contract. All activities, facilities and items utilized pursuant to the Contract shall be prominently labeled as to funding source. In addition, Subrecipient will include a reference to the support provided herein in all publications made possible with funds made available under the Contract.

City Recognition. The Municipal Employee Relations Officer of the City of San Xxxxxx, or any person or organization duly authorized by the Municipal Relations Officer, is the representative of the City of San Xxxxxx, hereinafter referred to as the “City” in employer-employee relations, as provided in Resolution No. 12189 adopted by the City Council on February 5, 2007.

The City Manager, or any person or organization duly authorized by the City Council, is the representative of the City of Brentwood, hereinafter referred to as the “City” in employer-employee relations as provided in Council/Administrative Policy No. 20- 17, Employer-Employee Relations Resolution adopted by the City Council on April 12, 2005, revised February 28, 2012.
