Base Wage. In this exempt position, the Company will pay you as compensation for your Employment a base salary at a gross annual rate of $250,000, pro-rated for any partial year. Your annual base salary will be subject to review and adjustment based upon the Company’s normal performance review practices. Your base salary will continue to be payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll procedures. The annual base salary specified in this Section 2(a), together with any modifications, is referred to in this Agreement as “Base Salary.”
Base Wage. In this position, the Company will pay you an annual base salary of $350,000 per year, payable in accordance with the Company’s standard payroll schedule. Your pay will be periodically reviewed as a part of the Company’s regular reviews of compensation.
Base Wage. In this position, you will earn a base salary of $500,000 per year. Your wages will be payable in two equal payments per month pursuant to the Company’s regular payroll policy. Your pay will be periodically reviewed as part of the Company’s regular reviews of compensation.
Base Wage. (2.1.1) Base Wage is defined as the minimum (bottom) pay for a job classification, category, or title, exclusive of any and all additional pay. The 2022-2023 base wage generator, BA step 1, is $35,489. The generator is the figure which is used to calculate the base wage for the first row of each lane in the schedule.
(2.1.2) The Base Wage Schedule is the tabular representation of the total number of lanes and rows. With the exception of the wages in row 1, the lanes, the rows, the wage for each cell in the schedule, and whether or not to retain a schedule are permissive subjects of bargaining. The Base Wage Schedule is referenced as Appendix A.
Base Wage. The Employer agrees to pay all employees covered by the terms of this Agreement not less than the schedule of wage rates in Appendix “A” during such time as the Agreement is in force, provided that if an employee is receiving a wage rate in excess of the rates herein contained, such wage rates shall not be reduced by reason of the signing of this Agreement.
Base Wage. Effective November 1, 2023, upon ratification the base wage shall be $27.01 dollars per hour base pay. Effective October 1, 2024, upon ratification the hourly base rate shall be $27.82, a 3% increase to the previous base wage, then increase according to the COLA outlined in the next section. Effective October 1, 2025, the COLA-adjusted hourly base rate shall increase an additional 3% before the next COLA.

Effective on July 1, 2021 the base rate shall increase by twenty cents ($0.20) for all steps on he wage scale. On July 1, 2022 the base rate shall increase by an additional fifteen cents ($0.15) for all steps on the wage scale.
