Part-Time Casual. For the purpose of this Agreement, the following shall be recognized as holidays: New Year's Day Civic Holiday Good Friday Thanksgiving Day Easter Monday Christmas Day Victoria Day Boxing Day Dominion Day (Canada Day) Remembrance Day Labour Day Where the Hospital schedules or requires a part-time or casual employee to work any of the holidays stipulated, the employee shall receive pay at the rate of one an a half (1 ½) times her basic rate for all hours she worked.
