Part-Time Nurse is a Nurse hired to a position to work on a regular or temporary basis that is less than the work period of a Full-Time Nurse.

Part-Time Nurse. A registered nurse who is classified staff at .5 FTE but less than 1.0 FTE and is regularly scheduled to work a minimum of twenty hours in a seven-day period, or a minimum of forty hours in a fourteen-day period, or a minimum of eighty hours in a four week period. Part-time nurses receive prorated salaries and benefits.
Part-Time Nurse. Any nurse who is regularly scheduled to work a certain 11 shift for forty eight (48) or more hours per pay period but less than seventy 12 two (72) hours per two week pay period.
Part-Time Nurse. A staff nurse who has completed the probationary period and who is regularly scheduled to work at least sixteen (16) hours per pay period, but less than forty (40) hours per week or eighty (80) hours per two week period. When hired, the nurse will receive written documentation establishing the number of regular hours the nurse shall be expected to work each pay period.
Part-Time Nurse. A nurse regularly scheduled for less than thirty-six (36) but 9 at least twenty (20) hours per week.
Part-Time Nurse. A nurse who has committed to regularly working and who is assigned a scheduled FTE of less than forty (40) hours per week (less than 1.0 FTE), and who has successfully completed the required probationary period. Unless otherwise provided for herein, a part-time nurse shall be compensated in the same manner as a full-time nurse except that wages and benefits shall be reduced in proportion to the nurse’s actual hours of work.
Part-Time Nurse. For the purposes of this agreement, part-time nurses shall mean nurses who regularly work the scheduled days off of a full-time nurse under Article 16. Such nurses shall be offered the right to work the vacation and short term sick days of the full-time nurses.
