McKesson shall also provide Rite Aid's central office, by EDI or other form mutually agreeable to the parties, a [ ] report identifying each out-of-stock Products for Warehouse, including Manufacturer Cannot Supply Product and the manufacturer's estimate as to when such Products will again be available.
