If the Grantee is eligible to participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan, the Grantee may elect to defer receipt of the Common Shares underlying the RSUs subject to this Agreement beyond the applicable Vesting Date, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan.
If the Grantee is eligible to participate in the Deferred Compensation Plan, the Grantee may elect to defer receipt of the Common Shares underlying the Vested Performance Shares subject to this Agreement beyond the Distribution Date, pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of the Deferred Compensation Plan.
