Replacement Product definition

Replacement Product means electric generating capacity, capacity-related benefits, environmental attributes, Energy or other electric products from a generation resource other than the Facility that are provided or delivered to replace or substitute for Contract Capacity or Storage Capacity (or any Capacity-Related Benefit, Environmental Attribute, Other Electric Product, Contract Energy, or Storage Energy associated therewith), in each case, in whole or in part, pursuant to Section 4.6.
Replacement Product has the meaning set forth in Section 4.3.6.
Replacement Product means (a) Replacement Energy, and (b) all Replacement Green Attributes.

Examples of Replacement Product in a sentence

  • As an alternative to paying GEP liquidated damages, Seller may, with the prior consent of Buyer, provide Replacement Product in an amount not to exceed [ ]% of the Expected Energy for the previous Contract Year.

  • If Buyer terminates this Agreement under Article 6, then any Deficient Product for which Replacement Product was Delivered or payment made to Buyer in accordance with this Section 3.9 shall not be included in the calculation Buyer’s Loss for purposes of Section 6.5.

Replacement Product means a product which is used to refill a rigid plastic container. Replacement product must be the same as or similar to the original product in the container.
Replacement Product means any pharmaceutical product that contains the Replacement Compound, and including all formulations, line extensions and modes of administration thereof.
