Similar Product definition

Similar Product means i) any product that contains same active ingredient and is approved for the same indications as for an Afecta Licensed Product after Effective Date.
Similar Product means, as it pertains to a particular Licensed Product for which there are Net Sales, a product that contains an oral formulation of PTH which is (a) not claimed by a Unigene Formulation Patent and/or (b) includes a PTH molecule other than the identical PTH molecule in that particular Licensed Product or in an Equivalent Product to such particular Licensed Product.
Similar Product means any propellant powder, sold by Primex (or its agent) to any third party commercial customer anywhere in the world, that is substantially similar or identical to Product offered or sold by Primex to Olin hereunder. Similar Product means any products which are hybrid or functionally equivalent or with a similar formulation or intended for the same purpose to the Products, but not including any Rx Product or Gx Generic Versions.
