PeoplePC may automatically check the version of the PeoplePC software you are using and may automatically download upgrades to such software. PeoplePC will not be responsible or liable for loss, deletion or failure to store or accept emails or other information. The use of any software that circumvents or impedes PeoplePC’s automatic time out procedures is prohibited.
