Treasury Management means managing borrowings, investments and cash flows.
Treasury Management. Agreement shall mean any agreement, document or instrument governing the provision of depository, treasury and/or cash management services, including, without limitation, deposit accounts, funds transfer, automated clearinghouse, zero balance accounts, returned check concentration, controlled disbursement, lockbox, account reconciliation and reporting and trade finance services.”
Treasury Management. The Credit Parties shall have established a cash management system in form and substance reasonably satisfactory to Agent, including, at all times, blocked accounts for collections and the transfer thereof to Agent, and subject to control agreements by the banks at which such accounts are maintained, which shall be in form and substance reasonably acceptable to Agent. All collections shall be swept daily to pay down outstandings under the ABL Exit Facility Documents. For the purpose of computing collateral availability, customer remittances shall be credited to the Borrower’s loan account the business day after the business day on which the Agent receives such remittances. For the purpose of computing charges, all items of payment shall be deemed applied by the Agent (i) one business day following the business day Agent receives such payments via wire transfer or electronic depository check, and (ii) in the case of payments received by the Agent in any other form, the business day of such payment constitutes good funds.
