If this Agreement with the Servicer is terminated pursuant to Section 19.2.3 hereof, the Servicer shall deliver all Servicer Mortgage Loan Files, in their entirety, for those Mortgage Loans serviced under this Agreement, as well as any other documents or reports held by the Servicer concerning such Mortgage Loans, to the transferee designated by the Trustee and shall assist in the efficient and timely transfer of the servicing to such transferee. The Servicer shall not be entitled to compensation for servicing following its termination.
