Operating Policies and Procedures definition

Operating Policies and Procedures means the rules, regulations, policies, bylaws and procedures governing the operation of the Authority.
Operating Policies and Procedures means any internal, operational, membership, or other requirement duly established in writing by the Board that does not require ratification of the Members;
Operating Policies and Procedures means the operating policies and procedures so entitled that define, regulate and inform how the Fund operates including any amendments which may, from time to time, be made thereto and including, but not limited to, the: (i) investment policy; (ii) the investment guidelines; (ii) the procurement policy; (iii) the conflict of interest policy; (iv) the anti-corruption and integrity policy; (v) the environmental, social and corporate governance policy; (vi) the risk management policy; (vii) the financial and treasury management policy; (viii) the disclosure and transparency policy;(ix) the remuneration policy; (x) the travel and expense reimbursement policy; (xi) the anti-money laundering and combatting the financing of terrorism policy; and (xii) the data protection policy;

Examples of Operating Policies and Procedures in a sentence

  • Prior to approving any new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures, the Coordinating Committee shall solicit and consider comments from the Participants on the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures.

  • Each Participant shall implement and maintain a Transaction Pattern only after appropriate approval and validation by the Coordinating Committee in accordance with the Operating Policies and Procedures.

  • Following the Coordinating Committee’s approval of the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants shall be given thirty (30) calendar days to review the approved Operating Policies and Procedures and register an objection if the Participant believes that the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures will have a significant adverse operational or financial impact on the Participant.

  • If the Coordinating Committee receives objections from one-third or more of the Participants during such thirty (30) calendar day period, the Coordinating Committee shall review the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures in light of the objections and make a determination as to how to modify the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures, if at all.

  • At least two-thirds of the Non-Governmental Participants and at least two-thirds of the Governmental Participants must approve the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures for them to become effective.

  • Each Participant affirms that it fully complies with the Performance and Service Specifications and the Operating Policies and Procedures as more fully discussed in Sections 10.01 and 11.01 of this Agreement.

  • If the Coordinating Committee receives objections from less than one-third of the Participants during the thirty (30) calendar day objection period, the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures shall go into effect as approved by the Coordinating Committee and on the date identified by the Coordinating Committee, unless the Coordinating Committee withdraws the new, amended, repealed or replaced Operating Policies and Procedures prior to such date.

  • Once a Participant has properly informed the Coordinating Committee and other Participants of its voluntary suspension, neither the Participant, nor its Participant Users, shall Transact Message Content until the voluntary suspension has ended and the Participant has informed the Coordinating Committee and other Participants that the suspension has ended in accordance with the Operating Policies and Procedures.

  • The Participants hereby grant the Coordinating Committee the power to develop new Operating Policies and Procedures, and to amend, or repeal and replace, the Operating Policies and Procedures at any time through the Operating Policies and Procedures Change Process described in Section 11.03.


More Definitions of Operating Policies and Procedures

Operating Policies and Procedures means all policies and procedures relating to the GCCEC, details of which are marked as applicable to the Event in the Event Details, as amended from time to time by the Operator.
Operating Policies and Procedures means the policies and procedures adopted by CCHIE that describe management, operation, and participation with ConnectDirect, as amended from time to time. The Operating Policies and Procedures will include, but are not limited to, the creation of standard Participation Materials, which each Participant will use without modification.

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.

  • railway operational procedures means procedures specified under any access agreement (as defined in the Railways Act 1993) or station lease;

  • Standard Operating Procedures or “SOP” means the procedures as specified in the Annexes or Attachments to the relevant Schedules;

  • Operating Procedures means the standard internal operating procedures and compliance policies established by the Company to implement the Compliance Plan.

  • Project Operations Manual or “POM” means the Recipient’s manual referred to in Section I.D of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as such manual may be amended from time to time with the agreement of the Association.

  • Procurement Guidelines means the “Guidelines: Procurement under IBRD Loans and XXX Credits” published by the Bank in May 2004 and revised in October, 2006.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Operating Manual means the document that contains the procedures and forms for the operation of bungee jumping equipment and activity at a site.

  • Ordering Procedures means the ordering and award procedures specified in Clause 6 (Ordering Procedures) and Framework Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure);

  • 2%/25% Guidelines has the meaning set forth in Section 13.

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence procedures of a Reporting Finnish Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of Finland to which such Reporting Finnish Financial Institution is subject.

  • COGE Handbook means the Canadian Oil and Gas Evaluation Handbook prepared jointly by The Society of Petroleum Evaluation Engineers (Calgary Chapter) and the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy & Petroleum (Petroleum Society), as amended from time to time.

  • SOPs has the meaning set forth in Section 3.7.

  • Change Control Procedures Has the meaning given in Section 9.6(a) of the Agreement. Change Management or Change Management Process Means the processes relating to planning and performing all changes in DIR Customer's IT environment pertaining to the Services, including changes to individual components and coordination of changes across all components. The Change Management processes will support and include checkpoints to determine any potential or required Change Control Procedures. Chargeback Has the meaning given in Exhibit 4 of the Agreement.

  • Procedures Manual means the standards and procedures manual described in Section 11.3.

  • Electronic Subcontracting Reporting System (eSRS) means the Governmentwide, electronic, web-based system for small business subcontracting program reporting. The eSRS is located at http://www.esrs.gov.

  • Operations Manual means a manual containing procedures, instructions and guidance for use by operational personnel in the execution of their duties;

  • MERS Procedures Manual The MERS Procedures Manual, as it may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.

  • Protocols means written directions and orders, consistent with the department’s standard of care, that are to be followed by an emergency medical care provider in emergency and nonemergency situations. Protocols must be approved by the service program’s medical director and address the care of both adult and pediatric patients.

  • Standard operating procedure means a formal written procedure offi- cially adopted by the plant owner or operator and available on a routine basis to those persons responsible for carrying out the procedure.
