Open House and Conferences. All members shall attend the annual Open House each school year which may be scheduled in the evening. All members shall attend the scheduled fall and spring Parent-Teacher Conference Days. Conference days shall be scheduled on Thursday evening (5:30-8:30 p.m.) and Friday (9:00 a.m.-12:00). For the purpose of scheduling parent-teacher conferences on Parent-Teacher Conference Day, members shall not be required to make telephone contact with parents. In lieu of attending the Parent-Teacher Conference Day each semester, a member may elect to make eight (8) visits to eight (8) different homes to be completed within the semester and prior the scheduled Parent-Teacher Conference Day. Documentation of each home visit must be provided to the principal. By a majority vote of members assigned to the building, a faculty may elect during the month of September to schedule report card pickup days [twelve (12) hours annually] in place of the Parent-Teacher Conference Day/Home Visit option. In the event a faculty votes for the report card pickup option, members will not have the option to make home visits or conduct parent teacher conferences. Report card pickup days shall begin five (5) minutes after school dismissal. Intervention Specialists, Speech/Hearing Therapists, Hearing Handicapped Interpreters, and Psychologists who have completed the IEP’s due by the date of the conference day for all students assigned to them shall be excused from attending Parent-Teacher Conferences/Home Visits or Report Card Pickup Conferences.

Open House and Conferences. Bargaining unit members may be required to attend one evening open house. At the elementary schools and middle school, there shall be three (3) conferences scheduled during the fall of each school year and one (1) conference scheduled during the spring of each school year, and the fall conferences will be scheduled during the hours of 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. At the Middle School, one (1) combined curriculum night/conference may be scheduled during the hours of 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday in lieu of a spring conference only. Middle school teachers shall attend conferences from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. At the Riverside Campus, there shall be two (2) conferences scheduled during the fall of each year, one (1) conference scheduled during the spring of each school year, and one (1) curriculum night scheduled no later than two (2) weeks prior to the start of the student’s scheduling period each year, all during the hours of 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday, and/or Thursday. Fall conferences will be scheduled following completion of the period with enough time elapsed for parents to be aware of the first grading period’s grades. The days on which the conferences are scheduled shall be rotated among the buildings from year to year. If the Tuesday conference day falls on Election Day, RLEA and the administration will confer to decide whether to schedule those conferences on Monday or Wednesday of Election Day week. There shall be a forty-five (45) minute dinner/break to be scheduled by each building during conferences. No elementary school teacher will be required to see or invite all students’ parents to these conferences conducted during the spring of each year. Bargaining unit members shall not be required to hold conferences with parents of every student; however, bargaining unit members will contact the parents of each student not performing commensurate with his/her ability to request a conference. All teachers shall remain in the building until the conference period concludes at 8:00

Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.

  • PRE-BID CONFERENCE A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on Monday, May 23, 2022, @ 2:00 PM, located at W220 Pre-con Conference Room, 0000 Xxxxxxxxxxxxx Xxxxx (Xxxx Xxxxxxxxx) Xxxxxxx, XX 00000. Attendance is not mandatory but is encouraged.
