Open House Sample Clauses
The Open House clause authorizes the seller or their agent to hold the property open for public viewing during specified times. Typically, this clause outlines the dates and hours when open houses may occur and may address requirements for advance notice to the occupants or conditions for maintaining the property's condition during showings. Its core function is to facilitate marketing efforts by allowing potential buyers to view the property easily, thereby increasing exposure and the likelihood of a sale.
Open House. The administration shall schedule, within each school year, an evening open house not to exceed three (3) hours. Each teacher shall attend this evening open house session. Fulfillment of this provision shall provide each teacher with a half day of compensatory time pursuant to this article.

Open House. We host an Open House in the spring each year for families who are interested in the program, as well as for currently participating families. Visitors can sit in on the classes throughout the day. Visiting a class is a great way to determine if a class is a good fit for your student, in addition to a careful reading of the teacher’s prospectus for the class.
