School Term. 9:1 School-term clerical employees as listed on Schedule “A.3” may work one (1) week after school closing and one (1) week prior to school opening. 9:2 School-term clerical employees as listed on Schedule “A.3” shall work during the Christmas and spring breaks but may be moved to alternative positions as directed by the Director of Human Resources.
School Term. Employees normally scheduled to work forty-two (42) to forty-seven (47) weeks, full time.
School Term. The school term shall consist of no more than one hundred, eighty-eight (188) school days, of which one hundred, eighty five (185) shall be the maximum number of student attendance days and three (3) shall be teacher in-service days. Should ISBE mandates change, the days noted in this paragraph shall be adjusted accordingly to comply with such mandates.
School Term. “School Term” is the days during the school calendar that a less than 12-month employee is required to work as defined in Article 10 of this Agreement.
School Term. The Academic Calendar Committee will include the following factors in calendar development.
School Term. 1. The school term shall be 187 days. There will be a maximum of 180 pupil instruction days. There will normally be 7 pupil instruction related days in a given year. The district may add two (2) additional PIR days to the school calendar for a total of 189 days. If the district elects to add the days, each teacher will be compensated at the rate of 1/187 of his or her contracted salary for each additional day.
School Term. Employees work the School Term when students are in session plus District Inservice Days. Employees are paid on a “fixed payroll schedule”. Employees work 182 days and receive pay for 13 holidays = 195 paid days/year District and CSEA will select day(s) for all 12-month employees to be off on a non-work, non-paid day on the years when the calendar exceeds 260 days.
School Term. Employees seeking unpaid leave less than one (1) school year for compelling circumstances may be considered not withstanding 14.10(c).
School Term. [Nine (9) and Ten (10) Month] Employees' Reporting Dates School term employees shall be notified prior to the last day of school of the date they are to commence and end work for the following school year. Should the District determine subsequent changes are necessary, the changes shall be communicated in writing to the employee.
School Term. The length of the school term shall be 184 days, which shall include 175 days of classroom instruction, three (3) holidays, four (4) days of Staff Inservice, and two (2) days for parent-teacher conferences.
