Meetings and Conferences. The GSA GWAC Program conducts and sponsors several meetings and conferences each year in support of the Aliant 2 GWAC Program. Some are contractually required and others are optional to the contractor.
Meetings and Conferences. ‌ Contractors are required to participate in monthly Contract Holder Conference Calls designed for the exchange of information among contract holders and the NITAAC program. Participation in these conference calls will ensure that contractors are kept abreast of ongoing NITAAC Program and contractor community activities. Contractors are encouraged to participate in community action groups to assist in the development of strategies around market outreach, communication, and other topics relevant to the CIO-CS GWAC Program. NITAAC may conduct up to four Program Office meetings per year including an annual conference at a location to be determined by NITAAC. These meetings are intended to provide a platform for contractors, NITAAC staff and agency representatives to communicate current issues, resolve potential problems, discuss business and marketing opportunities, review future and ongoing NIH and government-wide initiatives, and address contract fundamentals. At a minimum, the contractor PM is required to attend these meetings.

Meetings and Conferences a. The Employee may, upon the prior approval of the board, attend appropriate professional meetings, conferences, workshops, or speaking engagements at the local, state and national level on behalf of the School District and which may require the Employee to be absent from the School District during normal work hours or days. Reasonable expenses as set out by the School District and incurred while attending meetings, conferences, or workshops as a representative or agent of the School District will be paid directly by the School District or will be reimbursed to the Employee upon presentation of an itemized accounting of such expenses in accordance with Board Policy and applicable law.
Meetings and Conferences. When a teacher attends meetings, conferences, or other activities at the request of the Board, the Board shall compensate the teacher for expenses and shall guarantee that the teacher shall suffer no loss of salary or other benefit by virtue of such attendance. A tentative budget shall be submitted by the teacher ten (10) days in advance of the conference. The Board agrees to pay the teacher within ten (10) days after the completion of the conference. The prevailing IRS mileage rate will be paid by the Board for authorized use of a personal car for business purposes.
Meetings and Conferences. 8.01 Master Level Conferences Conferences between the Master Negotiating Committee and representatives of the Company will be held at the request of either party. Matters to be discussed at any such conference will be listed in an agenda to be supplied by the party requesting the conference to the other party at least fourteen (14) calendar days prior to the day for which the conference is requested, unless otherwise arranged by the parties. Subjects on the agenda submitted must be in accordance with clauses contained in this Master Agreement. The Company and Union will meet to discuss Local issues and if unresolved, may discuss at the Master Committee meeting.
