The Parents definition

The Parents. /"You" means any person who has signed the Acceptance Form and/or who has accepted responsibility for a child's attendance at this School. Parents are legally responsible, individually and jointly, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Those who have "parental responsibility" (i.e. legal responsibility for the child) are entitled to receive relevant information concerning the child unless a court order has been made to the contrary, or there are other reasons which justify withholding information to safeguard the interests and welfare and best interests of the child.

The Parents are legally responsible, jointly and severally, for complying with their obligations under these Terms and Conditions. Fees payable by a third party (for example, an employer, grandparent, step-parent without Parental Responsibility or third-party credit provider) will be subject to a separate agreement between the School, the Parents and the third party.

  • The Parents will immediately inform the School of any changes to the information previously supplied.

  • The Parents authorize the Nursery to take all decisions deemed necessary to safeguard and promote their Child’s welfare.

  • The Parents will complete a medicine consent form if they require the staff of the Nursery to administer any medicine to their Child (whether they are prescribed or over the counter medicines).
