Examples of Election Day in a sentence
If the issue cannot be resolved to the United States’ satisfaction, the Board will relocate the polling place location to an alternative location that is Accessible on Election Day pursuant to the process established by Paragraphs 25 and 27 of this Agreement.
Copies of this, instructions, and diagrams/photos will be provided to the United States no later than forty-five (45) days before each annual General Election Day.
The Board will provide all surveys to the United States on a rolling basis with approximately fifty (50) surveys due by March 6, 2025, and the remainder due by the Primary Election Day in 2025.
Beginning in 2025, the Board will use Exhibit A as a survey instrument of the temporary measures to be implemented on Election Day at each polling place location where such measures are required.
If the Board ultimately determines that a newly proposed location is inaccessible (as defined by the survey instrument) and cannot be made Accessible on Election Day, then the Board will reject the location and continue searching until a location that will be Accessible on Election Day can be found subject to Paragraph 25.
