Privacy Policy The Provider must publicly disclose material information about its collection, use, and disclosure of Student Data, including, but not limited to, publishing a terms of service agreement, privacy policy, or similar document.
Online Banking Services We may provide Online Banking Services to you during the Term from time to time as described in this Agreement. You understand and agree that we may, and you authorize us to, provide Online Banking Services through one or more third party vendors. This Agreement does not apply to services provided under separate agreements with third party vendors that do not specifically reference this Agreement or that are not specifically referenced in this Agreement. Please refer to the online help and instructions on how to use our Online Banking Services. Such instructions are part of this Agreement. Please note that during your use of Online Banking Services, we may provide you with additional requirements and limitations regarding the use of Online Banking Services through the system by which we may provide Online Banking Services. You agree to be bound by any and all such additional requirements and limitations. You also agree to be bound by any and all of our published policies and procedures, whether published on the Web Site, through the Online Banking Services, or otherwise. Any and all such policies and procedures shall be a part of this Agreement.
Online Banking (a) Utilize Bank’s online banking platform for all matters requested by Bank which shall include, without limitation (and without request by Bank for the following matters), uploading information pertaining to Accounts and Account Debtors, requesting approval for exceptions, requesting Credit Extensions, and uploading financial statements and other reports required to be delivered by this Agreement (including, without limitation, those described in Section 6.2 of this Agreement).

Mobile Banking Services Mobile Banking is a personal financial information management service that allows you to access account information and conduct transactions using compatible and supported mobile phones and/or other compatible and supported wireless devices (including phones, "Wireless Devices"). We reserve the right to modify the scope of the Mobile Banking services at any time. We reserve the right to refuse to make any transaction you request through Mobile Banking. You agree and understand that Mobile Banking may not be accessible or may have limited utility over some mobile telephone networks, such as while roaming.

Changes to Privacy Policy Agreement Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Designs reserves the right to update and/or change the terms of our privacy policy, and as such we will post those change to our website homepage at xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, so that our users and/or visitors are always aware of the type of information we collect, how it will be used, and under what circumstances, if any, we may disclose such information. If at any point in time Xxxxx Xxxxxxxx Designs decides to make use of any personally identifiable information on file, in a manner vastly different from that which was stated when this information was initially collected, the user or users shall be promptly notified by email. Users at that time shall have the option as to whether or not to permit the use of their information in this separate manner.
Management Information Systems A. The CONTRACTOR shall maintain a process that collects, analyzes, integrates, and reports data. (42 C.F.R. § 438.242(a); Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, § 1810.376.) Employee Data Privacy Pursuant to applicable personal data protection laws, the Company hereby notifies you of the following in relation to your personal data and the collection, use, processing and transfer (collectively, the “Use”) of such data in relation to the Company’s grant of the RSUs and your participation in the Plan. The Use of your personal data is necessary for the Company’s administration of the Plan and your participation in the Plan. Your denial and/or objection to the Use of personal data may affect your participation in the Plan. As such, you voluntarily acknowledge, consent and agree (where required by applicable law) to the Use of personal data as described in this Paragraph 8. The Company and the Employer hold certain personal information about you, which may include your name, home address and telephone number, date of birth, social security number or other employee identification number, salary, nationality, job title, any Shares held by you, details of all RSUs or any other entitlement to Shares awarded in your favor, for the purpose of managing and administering the Plan (“Data”). The Data may be provided by you or collected, where lawful, from the Company, Affiliates or third parties, and the Company or Employer will process the Data for the exclusive purpose of implementing, administering and managing your participation in the Plan. The data processing will take place through electronic and non-electronic means according to logics and procedures strictly correlated to the purposes for which Data are collected and with confidentiality and security provisions as set forth by applicable laws and regulations in your country of residence (and country of employment, if different). Data processing operations will be performed minimizing the use of personal and identification data when such data are unnecessary for the processing purposes sought. Data will be accessible within the Company’s organization only by those persons requiring access for purposes of the implementation, administration and operation of the Plan and for your participation in the Plan. The Company and the Employer will transfer Data amongst themselves as necessary for the purpose of implementation, administration and management of your participation in the Plan, and the Company and the Employer may each further transfer Data to any third parties assisting the Company in the implementation, administration and management of the Plan. These recipients may be located in the European Economic Area, or elsewhere throughout the world, such as the United States. You hereby authorize them to receive, possess, use, retain and transfer the Data, in electronic or other form, for purposes of implementing, administering and managing your participation in the Plan, including any requisite transfer of such Data as may be required for the administration of the Plan and/or the subsequent holding of Shares on your behalf to a broker or other third party with whom you may elect to deposit any Shares acquired pursuant to the Plan. You may, at any time, exercise your rights provided under applicable personal data protection laws, which may include the right to (a) obtain confirmation as to the existence of the Data, (b) verify the content, origin and accuracy of the Data, (c) request the integration, update, amendment, deletion, or blockage (for breach of applicable laws) of the Data, and (d) oppose, for legal reasons, the Use of the Data that is not necessary or required for the implementation, administration and/or operation of the Plan and your participation in the Plan. Mobile Banking If Mobile Banking is activated for your account(s), you will be required to use secure login information to access the account(s). At the present time, you may use Mobile Banking to: - Deposit checks to your savings and checking accounts. - Withdraw funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Transfer funds from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Obtain balance information for your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Make loan payments from your savings, checking, and money market accounts. - Determine if a particular item has cleared. - Verify the last date and amount of your payroll deposit. Your accounts can be accessed under Mobile Banking via mobile device or other approved access device(s). Mobile Banking will be available for your convenience 24 hours per day. This service may be interrupted for a short time each day for data processing. We reserve the right to refuse any transaction which would draw upon insufficient funds, exceed a credit limit, lower an account below a required balance, or otherwise require us to increase our required reserve on the account. All checks are payable to you as a primary member and will be mailed to your address of record. We may set other limits on the amount of any transaction, and you will be notified of those limits. We may refuse to honor any transaction for which you do not have sufficient available verified funds. The service will discontinue if no transaction is entered after numerous unsuccessful attempts to enter a transaction and there may be limits on the duration of each access. The following limitations on Mobile Banking transactions may apply: - There is no limit to the number of inquiries, transfers, or withdrawal requests you may make in any one (1) day. - See Section 2 for transfer limitations that may apply to these transactions.
