If a Fund wishes to receive periodic corporate action notices of exchanges, calls, tenders, redemptions and other similar notices pertaining to Securities and to provide Instructions with respect to such Securities via the internet, the Custodian and such Fund may enter into a Supplement to this Agreement whereby such Fund will be able to participate in the Custodian’s Electronic Corporate Action Notification Service.
All use of Push Notifications via the Apple Push Notification Service or Local Notifications must be in accordance with the terms of this Agreement (including the Program Requirements) and Attachment 1 (Additional Terms for Apple Push Notification Service and Local Notifications).

The purpose of the OAG Statewide Automated Victim Notification Service (SAVNS) grant program is to assist Texas counties and other entities in maintaining a statewide system that will provide relevant offender release information, notification of relevant court settings or events to crime victims and other interested individuals, promote public safety, and support the rights of victims of crime.
We shall be entitled to modify, expand or reduce the OCBC Alert Notification Service at any time and from time to time without notice as we may deem fit without assigning any reason therefor.
You acknowledge that, in providing the OCBC Alert Notification Service, we will have to release and transmit your information (including information relating to your account(s) with us) to such third parties.
We do not guarantee receipt of any notification under the OCBC Alert Notification Service by you and you understand and agree that your use of the OCBC Alert Notification Service is at your own risk.
