Web Browsers. Client will be responsible for procurement, installation, and operational verification of all web browser licenses. IWT will provide its minimum browser requirements during the Workshops.

Web Browsers. The Company shall make every effort to ensure sites are designed to be viewed by the majority of visitors. Sites are designed to work with the main browsers Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome latest releases. The Client agrees that the Company cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems. The Client agrees that after handover of files any updated software versions of the main browsers Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox, domain name setup changes or hosting setup changes thereafter may affect the functionality and display of their web site. As such, the Company reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the web site design or web site code for it to work with updated browser software, domain name or hosting changes.

The Client agrees that ESC IT cannot guarantee correct functionality with all browser software across different operating systems. ESC IT cannot accept responsibility for web pages which do not display acceptably in new versions of browsers released after the website has been designed and handed over to the Client. As such, ESC IT reserves the right to quote for any work involved in changing the website design or website code for it to work with updated browser software.
