NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM PAY. The Employer agrees to pay a shift premium to employees who are required to commence their shift between the hours of 10 p.m. and 2 a.m. The agreed shift premium is one dollar ($1.00) per hour, in addition to their regular hourly rate of pay for all hours worked on that shift.

NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM PAY. A night shift is defined as regularly scheduled work hours in which one-half or more of the scheduled hours for that shift occur between the hours of 4:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. In addition to the applicable night shift pay, any employee working a shift designated as “Graveyard” will also be paid an addition of $.20 per hour. The Graveyard shift is defined as any hours worked between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.
NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM PAY. Sect.ion 1. All full-time employees working second shift shall receive, in addition to their regular rate of pay, a sum equal to two (2%) percent of their annual rate. Said sum to be paid by the Employer on the next pay period.
NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM PAY a. Career and non-career (+1,040) employees covered by this Agreement who work five-eighths (5/8) or more of their regular shift in the period extending from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., shall be compensated, therefore, by payment for the entire shift of an additional five percent (5%) of their base pay for that shift. Said employees who work less than five-eighths (5/8) of their regular workshift in the period extending from 6:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m., shall be compensated for those hours worked (to the nearest one-half hour) within this period by payment of an additional five percent (5%) of their base pay for such hours. The current practice in the Department of General Services, Fleet Management Division shall continue.
NIGHT SHIFT PREMIUM PAY. An employee shall receive $.20 per hour in addition to his regular straight time hourly rate set forth in Appendix A, B or C (whichever is applicable) for each full hour worked as part of his regular schedule between 7:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Night Premium For all time worked by employees, after 7 p.m. and before 7 a.m., by employees hired on or before August 5, 2005, a premium of twenty-five cents (25¢) per hour shall be paid.

  • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Night Shift Employees who regularly work a full shift of eight (8) hours or more on night shift as defined in Section 12.6.1 (Types of Shifts), which includes four (4) hours or more between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., shall be paid their regular salary plus ten percent (10%) of their monthly salary per month, provided that in the case of any employee who is regularly assigned to night-shift work for less than an entire work week, the additional payment shall be made only for the portion of the work week worked on the night-shift assignment.

  • Holiday Premium Pay A Nurse working on a recognized Holiday is entitled to the following compensation for any hours worked on the calendar date of the recognized Holiday:
