NIGHT SHIFT PAY a. Employees who are assigned to night shift work or who are assigned to replace another employee on a night shift shall receive night shift differential pay if one- half or more of their work period is before eight a.m. or after three-thirty p.m. Night shift differential pay shall be seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of the employee’s standard daily or biweekly salary rate.

NIGHT SHIFT PAY a. Employees shall receive night shift pay as set forth below:
NIGHT SHIFT PAY. An Investigative Assistant who is assigned to work more than half their work period before eight a.m. or after five p.m. shall be entitled to a night shift differential of 7.5% of the employee’s standard daily or biweekly salary rate.
NIGHT SHIFT PAY. ‌ Employees shall receive night-shift pay if one-half of their work period is before 8:00 a.m. or after 5:00 p.m. Night-Shift differential shall be 7.5% of employee’s standard daily or bi- weekly rate.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Night Shift Differential 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.

  • Shift Differential The shift differential for employees working on assigned shifts which begin before 6:00 A.M. or which end at or after 7:00 P.M. shall be sixty-five cents ($0.65) per hour for all hours worked on that shift. Such shift differential shall be in addition to the employee's regular rate of pay and shall be included in all payroll calculations, but shall not apply during periods of paid leave. Employees working the regular day schedule who are required to work overtime or who are called back to work for special projects shall not be eligible for the shift differential.

  • Shift Premium Full-Time and Part-Time Employees shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for all hours worked where the majority of their scheduled hours fall between 1500 and 0700 hours.
