Night Shift Differential. 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.
Night Shift Differential. For time worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., employees shall be paid additional compensation at the applicable flat dollar amount at each pay grade and step in accordance with the attached table (Table Two and Table Three).

Night Shift Differential. (The preceding, Article 8.7, shall apply to transitional employees.)

C Effective November 22, 1997, for time worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. career employees shall be paid additional compensation at the applicable flat dollar amount each pay grade and step in accordance with Appendix B attached hereto. D As soon as administratively practicable, career employees on the payroll as of November 21, 1995, shall be paid a one-time cash payment equal to twelve cents ($.12) times the number of hours for which each was paid a night shift differential premium during the thirteen (13) accounting periods ending March 29, 1996.

An employee in the class of Deputy Sheriff I, Deputy Sheriff II, or Sergeant assigned to the jail who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked in the jail on the assigned night shift.
