Night Shift Differential. 1. An employee who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked on the assigned night shift.
Night Shift Differential. Unit 12 employees who regularly work shifts shall receive a night shift differential as set forth below:
Night Shift Differential. For time worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., employees shall be paid additional compensation at the applicable flat dollar amount at each pay grade and step in accordance with the attached table (Table Two and Table Three).

An employee in the class of Deputy Sheriff I, Deputy Sheriff II, or Sergeant assigned to the jail who works an assigned night shift shall, in addition to his or her regular salary, be paid a night shift differential for each hour actually worked in the jail on the assigned night shift.
Night Shift Differential. 250. Night shift differential shall be paid at the rate of six and one-quarter percent (6-1/4%) more than the base rate for hours actually worked between the hours of 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. This night differential shall not be included for purposes of retirement benefit calculations or contributions.
