Graveyard Shift. When five (5) or more hours of a represented employee’s work shift, exclusive of the lunch period, are between the hours of 12:00 midnight and 7:00 a.m., the represented employee shall be paid one dollar and thirty-one cents ($1.31) per hour for each hour worked in such work shift.
Graveyard Shift. A workday assignment which ends at or after 1:30 a.m. shall be compensated an additional ten percent (10%).

Graveyard Shift. A unit member who works at least 50% of his/her regular shift after 10:00 p.m. shall be paid a shift differential of 7.5%. In the context of this section, Shift Differential, “regular shift” means the total number of hours worked on one particular day. Therefore, a unit member that has a regular shift that requires 50% or more of their time to be worked after 10:00 p.m. on a single day shall be compensated with a shift differential. The 7.5% differential will be applied only to those hours worked beyond 10:00 p.m.
Graveyard Shift. An employee who is usually assigned to the graveyard shift will immediately report to duty after being released or dismissed from civil/jury duty and work the remaining hours of the normal day shift. Once the employee completes the day shift, he/she will remain off duty for eight
Graveyard Shift. Employees, who are regularly assigned to the third shift (graveyard) shall receive in addition to their base pay, an additional eighty-five cents ($0.85) per hour shift differential premium. To be eligible for graveyard shift differential, at least fifty per cent (50%) of the employee's regular schedule of hours must occur after 12:30 a.m. or prior to 9:00 a.m. Regularly assigned shift means the shift an employee is normally assigned to, excluding overtime hours or additional shifts.
Graveyard Shift. Graveyard Shift - fifty (50) cents per hour. Shift to be defined in Schedule "B" of this Agreement.
Graveyard Shift. Each covered employee shall receive a pay differential of seven and one-half percent (7.5%) of base pay in addition to his or her base hourly pay. Any such employee who works overtime in continuation of the graveyard shift shall continue to receive the shift differential for each hour of overtime worked.
Graveyard Shift. All graveyard shift employees shall receive a shift premium of fifteen cents (15¢) per hour.
