Minimum Length Clause Samples
The Minimum Length clause sets a required duration that a contract or agreement must remain in effect before either party can terminate it. Typically, this clause specifies a fixed period—such as one year—during which the parties are obligated to uphold their commitments, regardless of changing circumstances. By establishing a minimum term, the clause provides stability and predictability, ensuring that both parties can rely on the agreement for a set period and preventing premature termination that could disrupt business operations or investments.

12.5 (Relocation to Non Access Area) If You relocate to an area not covered by Our Services You will pay Us all amounts referred to in clause 9.4.
12.6 (Vacating premises) If You vacate the premises where Services are connected to Arrow without cancelling the Services, transfer the Services away to another service provider or relocate the Services to new premises with Arrow, We will continue to bill You for these Services and You remain liable to pay them until such time as You authorise Us to cancel or relocate the Services to new premises. You must promptly notify Us in writing of any cancellation or transfer of the Services We provide.
12.7 (Suspension of Services when not notified of relocation) If We are notified that You have vacated the premises without transferring Your services to a new provider or without giving Us notice that You intend to do so, We are entitled to suspend Your Services without notice to avoid other occupants using the Services. You are liable for any charges used by other occupants until the Services have been suspended.
Minimum Length. Period of Time.
12.7.1 Any player sent for a period of time, will remain at the end of the field for a minimum of 2 completed sets of possession by both teams prior to being allowed to re-enter the field of play. Coaches and Managers need to be aware that this is the minimum period a player will be off the field; the referee will still determine the length of the time depending on the severity of the offence. Any infringement that will cause the touch count to restart, will simply be a continuation of that set. That is, should a defender knock the ball down or give away a penalty on the third touch this does not constitute that this set has been completed, but rather is extended. Conversely if an attacking player causes the infringement so that a turnover takes place on the 3rd touch this will constitute a completed set. Period of Time penalties may vary between weekly & week-end events. Please refer to the Conditions of Entry for that event.
