Minimum Order Quantity definition

Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;

More Definitions of Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order Quantity or “MOQ” means, in respect of a Product, the quantity equivalent to a standard batch size for such Product, as specified in Part A of Schedule 1 or as otherwise notified by GSK in writing.
Minimum Order Quantity means Materials purchased in excess of requirements for purchase orders because of minimum lot sizes available from the vendor.
Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum quantity of a given Product required to be ordered to place a purchase order for the Product, as set out in Schedule A to this Agreement;
