Minimum Order Quantity definition

Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of a Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth in a Product Agreement on Schedule B;
Minimum Order Quantity has the meaning set forth in Section 2.4(d).
Minimum Order Quantity means, for each manufacturing campaign ordered by Client under a particular Product Agreement, the minimum number of units or batches of the relevant Product that Client must purchase under such campaign, as set out in Schedule A of such Product Agreement;

  • In the event Medtronic has a reasonable basis to reject any Purchase Order (e.g., the Purchase Order does not comply with the terms of this Agreement or exceeds any applicable Minimum Order Quantity), Medtronic will so inform Purchaser, and the Parties will work together to modify such Purchase Order accordingly.

  • Medtronic may produce and hold inventory of the Product pending receipt of Purchase Orders; provided any warehousing and/or carrying costs related to extended storage of Products due to Purchaser’s failure to place Purchase Orders consistent with the applicable Minimum Order Quantity shall be at MiniMed’s cost and expense.

  • Forecast delivery requirements and the Minimum Order Quantity for each Product are as set forth on each Project Order.


More Definitions of Minimum Order Quantity

Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum number of batches of the Product to be produced during the same cycle of manufacturing as set forth on Schedule B;
Minimum Order Quantity or “MOQ” means, in respect of a Product, the quantity equivalent to a standard batch size for such Product, as specified in Part A of Schedule 1 or as otherwise notified by GSK in writing.
Minimum Order Quantity shall have the meaning set forth in the applicable Facility Addendum with respect to each Product.
Minimum Order Quantity or “MOQ” means, in respect of each Product, the volume of that Product set out in Exhibit 1 (Products) or, as applicable, agreed pursuant to clause 21 (New Product SKUs).
Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum quantity of a given Product required to be ordered to place a purchase order for the Product, as set out in Schedule A to this Agreement;
Minimum Order Quantity means the minimum quantity of a type of Product (being 5mg, 10mg, or 25mg) that may be ordered by the Purchaser in each Purchase Order, being one Batch per Product type.
Minimum Order Quantity means Materials purchased in excess of requirements for purchase orders because of minimum lot sizes available from the vendor.
