Minimum Daily Pay. (a) The Employer shall pay the employee a minimum of two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate of pay upon reporting to work for a scheduled shift.

An employee who reports for work as scheduled in the usual manner who is prevented from working his/her full scheduled shift due to a cause not within his/her control, such as a flood or power outage, will be entitled to two (2) hours pay at his/her regular rate whether or not the employee starts work.

(a) An Employee who reports for and commence work on a regular assigned shift, who has not been notified not to report for such shift, shall be guaranteed a minimum of four (4) hours pay, in addition to applicable travel time, at the Employee’s regular straight time rate of pay or for actual hours worked, whichever is greater. This provision shall not apply where the Employee has been notified not to report for work and reports as usual.
