Minimum Call-In. In cases when employees in the Driver classification are called in to work on an PBL basis, and there is/are no deliveries or alternate “non-driving”, a flat rate of $90.00 will be paid, the employee must remain at the plant for the four hour period. After the four hour period PBL rates will apply in addition to the call in already paid.

Effective January 1 2007 at the end of each year the Employer will guarantee that each employee will be paid the greater of the Incentive Payroll System or the hourly rate.
