Travel Arrangements. I understand that Harvard does not represent or act as an agent for, and cannot control the acts or omissions of, any host family, employer, transportation carrier, hotel, tour organizer or other provider of food, goods or services involved in the Project. I understand that Harvard is not responsible for matters that are beyond its control, and that it cannot warrant the safety or convenience of the circumstances under which I will be living or working.
Travel Arrangements. HSI will make travel arrangements for HSI employees visiting Licensee’s facility.
Travel Arrangements. All travel arrangements, including flights and hotel bookings will be made though the Employee’s Associate Xxxx’x office. An Employee will be permitted to drive his/her own vehicle only when the costs of doing so are lower than flying. The Employee bears the onus of establishing the least cost method of travel.

If applicable, payment for such arrangements will be made net thirty (30) days after the Engagement.
Travel Arrangements. Authorised travel is to be arranged and paid in accordance with Anglicare WA’s Travel Policy .
Travel Arrangements. If Iconix requests or requires Giannulli to travel to provide services under this Agreement, Giannulli will be provided, at Iconix’s expense, executive-level accommodations and travel arrangements at least equivalent to those provided to senior executive officers of Iconix.
