Meetings of Committees. The Committee shall meet at least once every sixty (60) days or at the call of either Party at a mutually agreeable time and place. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for time spent on this Committee.
Meetings of Committees. The District Labour-Management Committee shall consist of one (1) person from each local Union in the District and an equal amount of representatives from the Employer. Any CUPE 1253 regional Vice-president shall be allowed to attend the District Labour Management Committee meeting as well as an equal amount of representatives from the Employer. The Provincial Committee shall consist of four (4) representatives of the negotiation team from each party. The Committee shall meet at a mutually agreeable time and place upon the request of either party. Committee members shall receive notice and agenda at least one week in advance of the meeting.

Regular meetings of any Committee may be held without notice at such time and at such place, within or outside the State of Delaware, as from time to time shall be determined by such Committee. The Chairman of the Board, the Board or the Committee by vote at a meeting, or by two members of any Committee in writing without a meeting, may call a special meeting of any such Committee by giving notice to each member of the Committee in the manner provided for in Section 3.06(f) hereof. Unless otherwise provided in the Certificate, these By-Laws or by applicable law, neither business to be transacted at, nor the purpose of, any regular or special meeting of any such Committee need be specified in the notice or any waiver of notice.

Regular meetings of the Executive --------- ---------------------- Committee and other committees may be held without notice at such time and at such place as shall from time to time be determined by the Executive Committee or such other committees, and special meetings of the Executive Committee or such other committees may be called by any member thereof upon two (2) days' notice to each of the other members of such committee; or on such shorter notice as may be agreed to in writing by each of the other members of such committee, given either personally or in the manner provided in Section 6 of Article III of these bylaws (pertaining to notice for directors' meetings).
Meetings of Committees. (i) The Union Safety Committee members shall meet in person with a Company representative or representatives at least once each month on paid time at applicable rates.

Meetings and proceedings of any committee established pursuant to paragraph S.13.16 shall be governed by the terms agreed between the TSOs in respect of meetings and proceedings of the Joint Management Committee in each case so far as they are applicable and are not superseded by any directions given to the committee by the Members and provided that, in the case of each of the Planning Committee and the Connection and Use of System Committee, there shall be at least 2 committee meetings each year, one in each calendar half year.
