Meetings of Committees. The Committee shall meet at least once every sixty (60) days or at the call of either Party at a mutually agreeable time and place. Employees shall not suffer any loss of basic pay for time spent on this Committee.

Meetings of Committees. The District Labour-Management Committee shall consist of one (1) person from each local Union in the District and an equal amount of representatives from the Employer. Any CUPE 1253 regional Vice-president shall be allowed to attend the District Labour Management Committee meeting as well as an equal amount of representatives from the Employer. The Provincial Committee shall consist of four (4) representatives of the negotiation team from each party.
