Should Fair Share Fee become legal again in any form, the parties will meet to discuss the effects on bargaining unit membership. Dues check off for employees promoted to positions outside of this bargaining unit shall cease upon satisfactory completion of the appropriate probationary period.

The Employer shall not be obligated to make deductions from an employee who during any month involved, shall have failed to receive sufficient wages to equal the deduction. It is agreed that neither the employees nor the Union shall have any claim against the Employer for errors in the processing of deductions unless a claim of error is made to the Employer, in writing, within thirty (30) days after receipt of the dues check-off list. If such error is found, it will be corrected at the next pay period in which a Union deduction is to be made. Payroll collection shall be authorized for the exclusive bargaining agent only and for no other organization attempting to represent the employees within the bargaining unit.
