Negotiation Team. Neither the Association nor the District shall have more than a total number of seven
Negotiation Team. 38.1 Members of each team shall be limited to not more than fourteen (14) participants. Should the Union team include University employees who would otherwise be scheduled to work on the day of the meeting such employees' work schedule for that day shall be as approved by the Labor Relations Manager and they will not be required to perform other duties.
Negotiation Team. No more than six (6) designated representatives of the Board will meet with no more than six (6) representatives of the Association for purpose of negotiations. All negotiations shall take place exclusively between the designated representatives of the parties. Negotiations shall be conducted in closed session.
Negotiation Team. Recognizing the importance of the collaborative effort of 22 negotiations, the Hospital will pay up to three (3) nurses, elected by their peers to 23 serve as the Negotiation Team, to participate in Negotiation sessions with the 24 Hospital for up to four (4) days of bargaining. Nurses will be eligible for 25 compensation for days that in-person negotiations are scheduled, for up to eight 26 (8) hours per day at the nurses’ base rate of pay. These hours will not be 27 counted as hours worked for overtime and accrual purposes.
Negotiation Team. B.1 The employer and the Association shall be represented at all negotiation sessions by a committee of negotiators, absolutely not to exceed six (6) persons on a committee. Neither party shall have any control over the selection of the members of the negotiating committee of the other party. All negotiations shall be conducted exclusively between said committees. In addition to said committees, each party shall be authorized to admit not more than one
Negotiation Team. Employees shall not receive compensation for participation in Union activities that extend beyond the regularly scheduled workday. The negotiating team shall consist of no more than twelve (12) bargaining unit employees. These employees shall be allowed to attend all negotiating sessions that occur during their regular working hours with pay. Such time shall be paid at straight time.
Negotiation Team. Recognizing the importance of the collaborative effort of 12 negotiations, the Hospital will pay up to eight (8) Nurses, elected by their peers to serve 13 as the Negotiation Team, to participate in Negotiation sessions with the Hospital. 14 Nurses will be eligible for compensation for days that in person negotiations are 15 scheduled, for up to eight (8) hours per day at the nurse’s base rate of pay.
Negotiation Team. 5.3.1 The Board and the Association shall be represented at all negotiations by a team of negotiators not to exceed three members each, or four members each in the event that either party wishes to include an outside consultant. The team shall be composed of certified personnel, the Minster Teachers’ Association and members of the Minster Board of Education or administration. Each team shall have the option of adding one outside negotiator each, who is not a member of the Minster Teachers’ Association or a member of the Minster Board of Education, having given at least seven (7) calendar days’ notice of intent to do so. The MTA will maintain one consistent member at the table each day/evening when meetings are held. The Treasurer will be included at the table as an impartial observer able to answer direct questions. She will provide data as requested to either party.
Negotiation Team. Designated representative(s) of the District shall meet with the representative(s) designated by the Association to reach an agreement on compensation and conditions of employment for the Association.
Negotiation Team. The Department’s negotiation team will consist of at least three (3) persons who collectively have experience and knowledge in negotiating contracts, contract procurement, and the program areas and services requirements for which commodities or contractual services are sought. Alternate negotiators may be selected to participate in the process in the event an appointed negotiator cannot complete negotiations.
