MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE. 14.1 Current practices will prevail for the duration of this Agreement, except that any changes in medical or hospital insurance plans, including the premium payable by employees, applicable to the majority of those employed in the Public Service for whom the Treasury Board is the employer, will during the life of this Agreement be applicable to the employees under this Agreement.

In addition to the present medical plan, the Employer will pay the full premium cost of the Green Shield Health Care Plan or its equivalent or better.

It is further understood that Quebec employees shall be enrolled in the S.S.Q. Plan or may choose, if they so desire, to be enrolled in the Green Shield Health Plan. Current employees may opt to change coverage under S.S.Q. or Green Shield effective January 1, 2008. It is understood and agreed that CUPE is not responsible for the choice an employee makes. The Employer reserves the right to re-negotiate this clause during the renewal period for the next collective agreement. All extended health and dental benefits shall continue to accrue to all retirees, widows, widowers and their dependents when not covered by provincial government programs.

Specifically excluded from payment by the Board are coverages for sponsored dependents and family continuation plans. Nothing in this article shall deter a teacher from adding any rider providing for sponsored dependents or family continuation to his/her policy for payment by the teacher on payroll deduction. All employees will contribute 15% of the top illustrated health care rate and the board will contribute 85% to the top illustrated rate for the year 2011-2012. All employees will contribute 17% of the top illustrated health care rate and the board will contribute 83% to the top illustrated rate year 2012-2013. All employees will contribute 20% of the top illustrated health care rate and the board will contribute 80% to the top illustrated rate year 2013-2014. Employees of the Ecorse Public Schools will pay the following on prescription drugs: 2011-2012 $ 5.00 Generic Drugs $20.00 Brand Name Drugs 2012-2013 $10.00 Generic Drugs $20.00 Brand Name Drugs 2013-2014 $10.00 Generic Drugs $20.00 Brand Name Drugs In the case of no generic drug being available, the employee will be required to pay $20.00 for brand name drugs.
MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE. JVWEB" agrees to include "EXECUTIVE" in the group medical and hospital -------------------------------- plan of "JBWEB". "EXECUTIVE" shall be responsible for payment of any Federal or Provincial income tax imposed upon these benefits. D. Expense Reimbursement. "EXECUTIVE" shall be entitled to reimbursement for all reasonable expenses, ---------------------- including gas, auto expenses, travel and cellular telephone expenses, incurred by "EXECUTIVE" in the performance of "EXECUTIVE"'s duties, up to a maximum of Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.0) U.S. currency per month. "EXECUTIVE" will maintain records and written receipts as required by "JVWEB"'s policies and as may be reasonably requested by the Board of Directors to substantiate such expenses.
MEDICAL AND HOSPITAL INSURANCE. The Employer shall maintain group insurance plans to provide coverage for regular employees under Alberta Health Care Commission and a major medical plan. The Employer shall pay for each employee one hundred percent (100%) of the premium for Alberta Health Care, the major medical coverage, the Dental Plan and the Vision/Hearing Plan.
