Holidays Falling Within Vacation Period. Except in the case of terminal vacation leave, paid holidays immediately proceeding, immediately following or wholly within the vacation period shall not be regarded as part of the vacation.

Holidays Falling Within Vacation Period. If a declared holiday, as stated in Article 21.01, falls or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be granted an additional day vacation for each such holiday, at a time mutually agreeable.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.
