MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE Sample Clauses

MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE. An employee shall be allowed to take one and one-half times his/her annual vacation accrual during any calendar year, provided that he/she has accumulated sufficient unused vacation leave. An employee, with the permission of the Agency/Department Head may take vacation in excess of one and one-half times his/her annual vacation accrual during any calendar year, if he/she has accumulated sufficient unused vacation leave.

MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE. 21 The maximum amount of vacation leave for any employee shall be three 22 hundred sixty (360) hours. The Board of County Commissioners may 23 authorize individual exemptions to this limitation; however, if an employee 24 leaves the Employer's service, the employee may be reimbursed for not 25 more than three hundred sixty (360) hours.
MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE. An employee may accumulate unused vacation leave up to a maximum of twice the number of hours due annually. MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE. (2017) Employee vacation leave maximums are as follows: Years of State Service Maximum Vacation Leave Less than fifteen (15) years 240 hours Fifteen (15) years or more 320 hours When operational needs prevent any employee from using their vacation time, the Judicial Branch and the employee will work together to bring the employee under the accrual cap without losing time.
MAXIMUM VACATION LEAVE. An employee shall be allowed to take two times his/her annual vacation accrual during any calendar year, provided that he/she has accumulated sufficient unused vacation leave. One and one-half times his/her annual vacation accrual may be pre-selected as described in Subsection 8.D.2., and the balance (one-half) may be selected through an informal third selection.

Any portion above three hundred sixty (360) hours of unused vacation leave shall be forfeited.   • Recall from Vacation Leave Where, during any period of vacation leave, an employee is recalled to duty, such employee shall be reimbursed for reasonable expenses, as normally defined by the Employer, that such employee incurs:
