Maintenance Work. Landlord reserves the right from time to time, but subject to payment by and/or reimbursement from Tenant as otherwise provided herein: (i) to install, use, maintain, repair, replace, relocate and control for service to the Premises and/or other parts of the Project pipes, ducts, conduits, wires, cabling, appurtenant fixtures, equipment spaces and mechanical systems, wherever located in the Premises or the Project, (ii) to alter, close or relocate any facility in the Premises or the common areas or otherwise conduct any of the above activities for the purpose of complying with a general plan for fire/life safety for the Project or otherwise, and (iii) to comply with any federal, state or local law, rule or order. Landlord shall attempt to perform any such work with the least inconvenience to Tenant as is reasonably practicable, but in no event shall Tenant be permitted to withhold or reduce Basic Rental or other charges due hereunder as a result of same, make any claim for constructive eviction or otherwise make any claim against Landlord for interruption or interference with Tenant's business and/or operations.
Maintenance Work. On all work requiring dewatering of caissons, foundations, piers, etc., or maintenance of air pressure in tunnels, caissons, etc., such work will be performed in accordance with the work week and overtime provisions heretofore established in ARTICLE 16, except that time worked on Sundays, when no other activities (other than such maintenance work as herein specified and which is being done by any other crafts) are in progress, will be compensated for at the overtime rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the basic rate of wages.
Maintenance Work. 9.01 Maintenance work (Contract Service) is hereby defined as any contract obtained by an Employer for regular examination or care of apparatus enumerated in Article 4 and Article 4 (A) of this Agreement, for a period of not less than one (1) month. Maintenance work shall be exclusively performed by Elevator Constructor Mechanics and Elevator Constructor Helpers. 9.02.01 One (1) Helper to each four (4) Mechanics may be employed. Such a Helper may work alone under the supervision of a Mechanic in the district. When working alone, he shall be employed on cleaning, oiling, and greasing, replacing of combplate teeth, and relamping of fixtures only. The word "district" means the regular maintenance (Contract Service) route of the Mechanic or Mechanics to whom the Helper has been assigned that day. The replacing of combplate teeth and relamping of fixtures will be done by Improver Helpers in the employer’s workforce when available. 9.02.02 When an Employer obtains a contract that requires a Mechanic and Helper to be on the job and/or in a building at all times during the regular weekly working hours, such Helper shall not be considered as part of the one (1) to four (4) agreement mentioned above, provided no Probationary Helper is assigned to such regularly scheduled work.
Maintenance Work. Custodians will only be required to perform routine maintenance and will defer repair maintenance to a maintenance person.
Maintenance Work. Hotel and/or casino maintenance duties covered by this appendix are hereby limited to patch work, small replacements, and other routine work required to keep the establishment operating. It is understood that under no circumstances is this classification to be used for remodel, tenant improvement or new construction work. The wage and benefits for maintenance work shall be as follows:

Maintenance Work a) Maintenance work is hereby classified as painting, chipping, soogeeing, scraping, or working on ships gear. Deck maintenance work except that concerned with the safe navigation of the vessel and tow shall be performed between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Engine room personnel shall not be required to do any chipping or scraping between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 8:00 a.m. Deck personnel shall be paid at the rate of time and one half (1 1/2) if required to perform work in the engine room. b) Dirty Money - Unlicensed crew members required to work cleaning smoke stacks, bilges, oil tanks, boilers, oil separating centrifuges, water tanks, fish oil tanks, oil spills, rose boxes, exhaust ports of internal combustion engines, oil separators, oil strainers, work under deck plates, cleaning out of chain lockers, work in the steering flats of certain vessels (as agreed by the parties), working in confined spaces, cleaning out (not hosing) towing winches and hand stowing in chain lockers shall be paid the regular straight time rate in addition to their regular wages while on watch, and the regular overtime rate in addition to the regular straight time rate while off watch. In all instances a one (1) hour minimum shall be paid for such work. Apprentice Engineers shall not receive premium pay for performance of the duties listed above. c) Chipping will not be performed on steel hulled tugs when crew is sleeping. No chipping or painting will be performed on shift tugs when they are underway except for when under tow and where the voyage is expected to be more than one and one half (1.5) hours. This subsection shall not apply to those vessels engaged in log towing.
Maintenance Work. CCTV System: i. Cleaning of CCTV lenses, Camera Housing, Focus adjustment etc of complete CCTV system. ii. Replacement of defective Camera/ Lenses /Switchers/ Multiplexer/ Monitors etc. by removing the defective equipment from their position. iii. The contractor shall maintain log-book of the maintenance job carried out and defects found. iv. Armoured signal and control cable laying & Termination in existing cable trenches/ cable trays. v. Armoured signal and control cable laying & Termination underground. The work also includes excavation and back filling of cable trench after laying of cable.
Maintenance Work. The Concessionaire shall be responsible at his own cost, for all maintenance and repairs of the Project and all its components. The work shall conform to norms as laid out in PWD specifications / MoT Guidelines / BIS codes / IS codes / NBC codes for functional requirements of buildings etc. The performance standards shall match the service standard of comparable international practice for buildings. The Concessionaire shall repair and rectify the defects and deficiencies specified in this Annex-I to Schedule J within the time limit set forth herein: i. Failure of electric supply (substitution by UPS / generator) 5 seconds ii. Damage to floor, walls or paint 48 hours iii. Breakage of glass 24 hours iv. Breakage of furniture 24 hours v. Removal of debris and unclaimed materials 1 hour
Maintenance Work. Except on Sundays and statutory holidays, employees shall be paid time and a half for all callbacks after standard working hours. When an employee assigned to this work during a standard working day finishes the work after his standard 8-hour working day, he shall be paid time and a half for the first 1½ hours so worked and double time for any additional overtime. Employees shall be paid double time for all callbacks on Sundays and statutory holidays. When, for a special reason (e.g., moving, convention, social event, etc.), an employer requires the presence outside standard hours of one or more employees on a job site or in a building in order to perform any emergency work, this or these employee(s) must be journeymen and shall be paid double time.
