Basic Rental definition

Basic Rental shall have the meaning as set forth in Paragraph 4 hereof.
Basic Rental. $20.50 per rentable square foot per year payable in equal monthly installments of $13,251.54, subject to adjustment as herein provided.
Basic Rental. $52,413.25 per month.

  • Basic Rental, adjusted as herein provided, shall be payable monthly in advance.
