Contract Service. The specified services will be supplied by a provider agreed upon by the Board and the Union. The provision of service by a non-aligned third party will help insure confidentiality and privacy while maintaining expert diagnostic assistance. The primary focus of the program is to provide diagnostic and referral services to members of the 102 bargaining unit in need. The contracted agency or individual may provide direct service or will refer to appropriate community agencies. The following list describes the kind of personal and life problems identified as appropriate for assistance from the program:
Contract Service. Par. 1. Contract Service is hereby defined as any contract obtained by the Company for regular examination or care of apparatus enumerated in Article IV and Article IV(A) of this Agreement and general repairs as indicated in Article VIII, Par. 2 for a period of not less than one (1) month. Contract Service Work shall be exclusively performed by Elevator Constructor Mechanics, Elevator Constructor Helpers, Elevator Constructor Apprentices and Elevator Constructor Assistant Mechanics. Par. 2. Two (2) Helpers, Apprentices or Assistant Mechanics to each three (3) Mechanics may be employed in contract service work. The Helper, Apprentice or Assistant Mechanic when working with the Mechanic shall perform all work assigned to him by the Mechanic.

Contract Service. No expansion of the Employer’s current national policy on the use of contract service in lieu of rural carriers will be made except through the provisions of this Article, which are intend- ed to be controlling. The parties recognize that individual problems in this area may be made the subject of a grievance under the provisions of Article 15.

Contract Service. The Contractor will design and construct a secure software information platform called the (i) Med-Suite Professional Practice Management for processing and tracking patient data and; (ii) TeleHealth Suite for communicating patient data between healthcare providers (Contract Service), more specifically identified in Appendix I which is attached to and made a part of this Agreement.
Contract Service. Seller shall promote Digital as Seller's Strategic Network Services Partner for Contract Services in the territories set forth in Schedule 8.2.1, as the same may be amended from time to time by the parties. This shall include, at a minimum, informing any Customer seeking such Services that Digital is Seller's Strategic Network Services Partner; providing such Customer with any contact information provided by Digital to Seller for such purposes; and complying with the requirements of Sections 19 and 20 herein. At Digital's option, Digital may offer such Contract Services directly to customers or through its Authorized Warranty Service Providers.
Contract Service. CST will provide to School the following services (“Services”) for students: screenings, evaluations, consultations, Individualized Education Plan (“IEP”) meetings as therapists are available, training for staff or parents, virtual services/packets, kindergarten screening, pre-referral to Special Education services, training for professional development to staff or parents, after school programming for student handwriting skills, motor skills programming, and administrative time for therapy and direct services, including work completed off-site that is directly related the Services, such as documentation, scoring evaluations, writing evaluation reports, updating IEP documentation, session preparation time, and any additional services as described in Exhibit A. (If no additional services are listed in Exhibit A, School acknowledges that there are no additional services.). CST and its subcontractors will make and maintain records of the Services provided to each student. CST agrees to comply with all State and federal special education law where applicable. CST agrees to maintain its own professional liability insurance. Any subcontractor CST contracts with to provide services under this Agreement will have current, applicable professional credentials pursuant to State and local law. CST will provide evaluation and therapy supplies used during direct or virtual service. Items to be used by the student at the school outside of the time of service may be lent by CST occasionally. School will be required to purchase any additional therapy supplies requested or required by School. Any supplies purchased by School would remain school property. CST has developed and is following COVID-19 safety protocols as mandated, but not limited to wearing masks, sanitizing materials and equipment between appointments, and providing one-time use materials when applicable. Where the School requests additional materials for one-time use beyond those normally provided by CST, School will be required to purchase such additional supplies requested or required by School.
