Local Union Meetings. The Employer agrees to allow employees to leave work at 3:30 p.m., four times a year for the purpose of attending union meetings without loss of pay. The Union agrees to notify the Employer of the dates of such meetings at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Minimal staff coverage shall be maintained.
Local Union Meetings. The Employer agrees that Union members may attend the regular monthly Local Union meeting during working hours on leave without pay, after notifying the employee's immediate supervisor at least forty-eight (48) hours in advance. The Employer may limit the number of employees who may be gone from the work location at one time. The employee may elect to use accumulated vacation time or accumulated compensatory time as scheduled and approved by their supervisor in advance.
Local Union Meetings. (a) Employees shall be entitled to be absent from work for two (2) hours prior to 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of attending Union meetings. This leave shall be granted three (3) times per calendar year and shall be with no loss of pay or benefits.
Local Union Meetings. The Company shall grant a leave of absence without pay to Local Union Committee members for the purpose of attending meetings called by the Local Union provided:
Local Union Meetings. To the extent operations permit, members shall be permitted to attend one (1) local meeting per month without loss of pay. Two (2) hours shall be the maximum allowed for such attendance. All time lost shall be made up.

Local Union Meetings. (a) Employees may attend a meeting with a representative of the Union at their worksite on a quarterly basis on a mutually agreeable date starting at 3:00 p.m.
Local Union Meetings. To solidify your status as a Union Laborer, you are also strongly encouraged to attend all regularly scheduled local union meetings. You will be notified of meeting dates and times.
Local Union Meetings. The Employer agrees to allow employees to meet four times a year in the school outside normal instructional hours for the purpose of attending union meetings. The Union agrees to notify the Employer of the dates of such meetings at least two weeks prior to the meeting. Any employee who leaves work to attend the meeting shall have the option of making up the lost time. The maximum number of days any employee may take under this clause is 20 working days in a school year exclusive of leave days under 2.9 (a)(3), 2.9 (a)(4), 2.9 (b)(1) and 2.9 (b)(2). To facilitate the administration of this clause, when leave without pay is granted, the leave shall be given with pay and the Union shall reimburse the Employer for the appropriate salary and benefit costs, including travel time incurred. Leave of absence granted under this clause shall include sufficient travel time. The Union shall provide the Employer with reasonable notice prior to the commencement of leave under this clause. It is understood that employees granted leave of absence pursuant to this clause shall receive their current rate of pay while on leave of absence with pay. The Employer agrees that any of the above-noted leaves of absence shall not be unreasonably withheld.
