Meetings Without Loss of Pay. When an employee and/or Union Representative, to a maximum of two (2) people, attend a grievance meeting with the Employer, the time in attendance at the meeting will be without loss of pay. Preparation time and time spent in pre- grievance meetings (to prevent a grievance) will also be allowed without loss of pay. The total length of preparation time and pre-grievance meeting time will be determined by mutual agreement between the Employer and the Union.

Meetings Without Loss of Pay. No more than the Grievor(s) and the Shop Xxxxxxx may attend grievance meetings without loss of pay. Notwithstanding 8.02 (above), when a grievance is first raised a decision shall be made whether it is likely to be resolved in fifteen minutes or less. If it can be resolved quickly, the meeting may proceed. If it will likely take more than fifteen minutes to resolve, the grievance meeting shall be scheduled for outside of normal working hours.
Meetings Without Loss of Pay. Not more than two (2) members of the Grievance Committee may attend meetings without loss of pay.
