License Extension. GE will have the option to extend the Licenses provided under this Agreement to include concurrent use of the Software at additional Sites within GE, which it may exercise in its sole discretion at any time and from time to time by tendering to Licensor payment pursuant to the Order Document for each additional Site at which the Software will be so used, together with a notice identifying such additional location.
License Extension. If the actual use of the Font Software by the Licensee exceeds the scope agreed in the Usage Agreement, the Licensee is obliged to purchase a license extension from Fontwerk that covers the actual scope.
License Extension. In the event of termination of this Agreement pursuant to Section 13, other than a Cause Termination (as defined in Section 13.2), the Parties agree, to extend the licenses described in this Section for a reasonable period of time, but no longer than twelve (12) months to allow for the continued use of the Components during any period of transition to a newly engineered solution to replace the Components (a “License Extension”). In addition, the License Extension may be extended for up to an additional twelve (12) months by an end user or [**] agreement entered into prior to termination of the Agreement, provided that LMI will receive at least $250,000 per quarter (including as part of its share of Revenue) over the additional 12-month period. The Parties agree to use commercially reasonable efforts to limit the term of any such transition period and therefore the term of the License Extension. The confidentiality and other proprietary rights provisions of this Agreement will continue throughout any License Extension and after termination of this Agreement. Payment and revenue terms for payment to LMI during any License Extension and for the entire period of any License Extension will continue to be pursuant to the terms described in this Agreement, including the revenue shares provisions under Section 12.6. During the term of any License Extension, neither Party shall have any obligation to deliver any enhancements or updates to the Solution to the other Party, however, LMI will remain obligated to provide commercially reasonable support for the Solution, including bug fixes, during the License Extension, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties.
License Extension. The License Term is hereby extended from September 28, 2009 until September 28, 2015 (the “End Date”). The End Date shall be automatically extended to September 28, 2017, at no additional cost to Sxxxxx, if there are no new disputes with respect to the Mir II License between Actoz and Sxxxxx from the date of this Agreement until the End Date. In consideration for the rights granted pursuant to the foregoing, Shengqu shall pay to Actoz, an amount of [***]. Shengqu shall wire such amount to Actoz within thirty (30) Business Days after receipt of the Actoz invoice therefore. “Business Day” shall mean any day of the week other than a Saturday or Sunday upon which banks in both the PRC and Korea are open for business.
License Extension. The term of the Mir II License shall be extended to September 28, 2008 (the "End Date"). The End Date shall be automatically extended to September 28, 2009 at no additional cost to Xxxxxx, if there are no new disputes with respect to the Mir II License between Actoz and Xxxxxx from the date of this Agreement until the End Date. The license fee for the extension of the term for the Mir II License from September 29, 2005 to the End Date shall be US$3 million. Xxxxxx shall wire the license extension fee to Actoz within thirty (30) Business Days after receipt of the Actoz invoice therefore, provided that such invoice may not be issued prior to the date of September 28, 2005. "Business Day" shall mean any day of the week other than a Saturday or Sunday upon which banks in both the PRC and Korea are open for business.

In the event that another company, including a Licensee for MBS in another region or country, has access to a project within China which is not available to SMART, SMART has the automatic right as the exclusive licensee to enter into an Agreement of its chosen form with that company to complete the project. SMART's rights in this include the option to Sub-license any such company for a period of one (1) year with the discretion to grant a further one (1) year option for renewal.

License Extension. If User holds a current License and wants to renew the License for another one-year Term, but is unable to make payment in full of the License Fee for the one- year renewal term prior to the expiration date of User’s current License, the User may request a two-week temporary extension of User’s current year’s License, which extension shall not be unreasonably withheld by DGI. Any request for an additional extension of User’s current year’s license beyond a two-week temporary extension as provided herein must be for good cause, and shall only be granted in the sole discretion of DGI.
