Usage Agreement means any usage agreement (including any and all schedules, supplements and amendments thereto and modifications thereof) entered into by Borrower as the licenser of the usage with respect to the Related Equipment, provided that if a usage agreement is a "master usage agreement," such agreement shall be considered as a "Usage Agreement" only insofar as it relates to Related Equipment and the equipment schedule thereto covering Related Equipment.
